Hilaria explained that Alec had been experiencing constant pain, which led to surgeons replacing his hip joint. She expressed her support, saying, “Alec got a new hip today. The surgery took place two weeks after Alec’s return from filming a western movie, during which a tragic incident occurred, resulting in the death of the film’s cameraman, Galina Hutchins. Baldwin has been embroiled in a lawsuit related to the incident. In April, he successfully had the case against him dismissed.
On May 18, Alec became a grandfather for the first time. However, he has yet to meet his newborn granddaughter, Holland. His ex-wife, Kim Basinger, has been actively involved in babysitting their granddaughter in his absence.
