They went with the hope of having a nice fishing trip, but they did a better job saving animals. Two fishermen friends came across a baby deer in need of help while out fishing near Panguitch Lake. It was stuck on the ice and unable to move. One of the fishermen, Jackson, risking his life, immediately went into action.

The pictures don’t convey the danger Jackson was in. The deer was frightened and the conditions made it even more difficult to help. However, when the fisherman saw the frightened deer, he was no longer afraid of anything and immediately understood that he had to help that creature. They wouldn’t forgive themselves if the deer just sat there.

When rescuers approached, the deer looked extremely exhausted. They approached very cautiously because they didn’t know how the little creature would react. Jackson tried to take it slowly. Here was the most dangerous. the ice began to crack under the weight.

Before taking the deer, they wondered if it would try to hit them. However, they were surprised by the baby’s reaction, because it was very calm. It was as if the deer felt that they had come to save it. In fact, they were very scared when the ice cracked, but their hope did not die out.

Thank God everyone made it to shore, including the kitten. This kind move was accomplished by these two fishermen.
