The heroes of today’s story are Nina, Zina and Ivan. Nina and her husband dreamed of five or more children. They had a daughter, Zina. A few years later, Ivan was born. Unfortunately, it turned out that both children have hypothyroidism. In this case, children lack growth hormone, that is, they have not grown. They tried everything, even hormone therapy did not help. And this disease also affects a person’s mental ability.

The children were growing very little, and the doctors were powerless. Children started talking very late, around the age of seven. The sister was developing a little fast. Zina finished the ninth grade at the age of twenty-two, and Ivan was in the fifth grade when he was twenty.

The father of the family could not stand the difficult life and left them. Nina moved to Chelyabinsk alone with her children, where she found a good doctor for therapy.

Zina loved going to school, but there came a time when she had to educate herself at home.

People hardly believe that they are already adults. Now they are in their thirties. Zina likes to do yoga, play the guitar, has a business: she weaves donuts and sells them.

They have seen a lot of trouble, but they are not lost. They believe that God is with them.
