A dog named Harley ran away from home and saved a drowning dog. So the animals became friends.

The owner of the dog, Ralph Dorne, noticed the absence of the dog and began to worry. He went to look for his pet and found him near the lake not far from their house.

A fawn somehow got into the lake and, being in a panic, could not get out – the animal was drowning. The fawn was quite far from the shore.Harley risking his life rushed to the rescue. The dog entered the lake and began to pull the animal to the shore.
